- Do I need an account?
- Yes. You sign up with an email address and username, confirm your email, and then choose your country and region to find your rooms.
- Are my messages end-to-end encrypted?
- No. Messages are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on our servers so we can deliver them, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Voice and video calls connect directly between participants and their contents are not recorded by us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
- How old do I have to be?
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Waayou.
- What do I need to make a call?
- A modern browser and a working microphone (and a camera for video). Waayou asks your browser for permission before turning either on.
